“We’ve been in business since 2004 (Limited), and had gone through 3 accountants prior to appointing Rob, and we’ve never looked back, or any where else since. Both Rob and I have a busy work and family life and so we’ve never actually met. All of our communication is over the phone, email, and the occasional text. Such is the beauty of emails and text messages these days, Rob is available at all times of day whilst we’re still both with our respective young families, and if he can talk he’ll call me no matter what the time. In simple terms, if he can do it, he will, and if cant, he’ll point you in the right direction. Don’t be afraid to ask him questions, and he’ll answer them as best he can. He’ll give you the options and different ways of doing things and the associated risks and rewards of doing them. He’ll furnish you with the information to enable you to make an informed decision.

Most recently, a family member who utilises a different accountant had an issue with his Limited company accounts and HMRC. Whilst we were sat in traffic in central London having just visited a tax specialist, I gave Rob an impromptu call for his advice and put him on the speaker phone. Rob gave us reassurance, confidence in our approach, options, the risks and pitfalls, more importantly it enabled my brother in law to choose one of the many options before him, but one with the least risks that also gave him peace of mind.

In any walk of life, with your other half, colleagues, friends, family, trust is the most important factor, and quite simply, I trust Rob.
